Episode #34 Growth & Evolution: When You Know It’s Time To Change

I recently made the decision to change the name of the podcast from Welcome to Self®- Caring for the Human in the Therapist Chair to Welcome to Self® with Dr Hayley D Quinn.

Why have I done this you might ask?

Well one of the reasons is I never thought I’d reach so many wonderful humans and I’ve had people reach out to me who are not therapists but who are enjoying the podcast and finding it really helpful, and I want to make this information more accessible, so changing from focusing on therapists feels important.
