Like a friend/business coach in your pocket.
“Hayley’s episodes make you feel like you are talking to a dear friend that also knows a ton about business. The episode today had me in tears, in the best way, as in 15mins she had nailed a struggle I hadn’t yet put words to and given clear actionable steps on what to do next. A must listen 🙌🏼”

A gift of compassionate wisdom.
“In just 3 episodes so far this podcast has already provided an opportunity to check in with ourselves and practice ways to integrate self care into our lives. Having started to listen to the episode on rest my tricky brain distracted me into busy mode but coming back with intention, I have fully focused on the messages contained, the soothing voice and feel rested physically and mentally. Thank you Hayley 🙏💚”

Soothing, interesting and connecting.
“As therapists it can be so hard to remember to take care of ourselves. This podcast is such a lovely way to connect to that intention and to give ourselves permission to take as good care of ourselves as we do others. I love that there is an opportunity to check in with ourselves and also hear someone else’s experience of how they care for themselves.”

Superb start to what will be a great podcast series.
Four episodes in and what a great start to the podcast series. Mixture of Hayley’s thoughts and compassionate wisdom, coupled with some great guests. Always a pleasure to listen to Paul Gilbert. Right from episode one Hayley has set out what the podcast will be about, how it will help and all with authenticity which makes the real difference. Cannot wait to see how the series develops, well done Hayley!

Inspiring and insightful podcast.
Hayley, I know I am late to the party, but I have just tuned into your beautifully executed podcast. The Russell Kolts interview was great. And the Deirdre Fay interview was so inspiring, I have gone and bought her Becoming Safely Embodied book (planning to use it in my work). I cannot wait to listen to Dr Grainne Schafer (she rocks) and other CFT/ ACT leaders (Mary, Jen, Robyn, Paul) and the very personal angle you take with each. You are very generous with your energy, knowledge and insight.
