Business Coaching Group Program

 

Welcome to Self®:Time to Thrive is a group coaching program for entrepreneurs and service-based business owners. 

It is a container that allows you to focus on either starting, or growing and maintaining a successful business using your own definition of success, whilst also taking care of your own well-being so you can thrive and your business can too.

Following a successful pilot of the program, we saw participants make some great changes and I received fantastic and humbling feedback.

I am now finalising details for a launch in early 2024 and I’m excited to share more details with you soon.

Since completing the program, there have been some big shifts in my personal life in terms of thinking about my goals, how I want to live my life and my work/life balance. It’s been useful to reflect on where I’m in alignment and where I’m out of alignment.

I have created a work rhythm that prioritises my needs, for example going to the gym three mornings a week and starting work at 11am on those days. My confidence in saying no to referrals that aren’t a good fit for me has increased. I have started listening to myself and my own advice more e.g. paying attention to the saying ‘don’t set yourself on fire trying to keep people warm’

I found the container itself normalising, a place to feel nurtured and challenged. I liked the actionable steps, and mapping out specifics with timelines, a mixture of giving myself permission to do less, as well as a timeline to do more.

I am feeling a lot more confident in my choices and the way I want to do things. I feel more trusting of myself. I have been more mindful of parts of me that are listening to what others think I should do vs what I want to do. I am blocking compliments less, which feels nice and I feel more relaxed about what I don’t get done.
