Coaching
I work with women business owners to help them move towards their business goals in a way that prioritises sustainable ways of working and their own well-being so they can achieve the outcomes they want without burning out.
Working with me is unlike traditional methods of mentoring and coaching that solely focuses on sales, revenue (and yes these are important!) and hustle, because I strongly believe that in order for your business to thrive you also need to be thriving.
I work with women in groups and individually and come from a human first and compassionate perspective.
Supervision
Whatever you are seeking from your supervision, we can work together either face to face or online, on a short or long term basis. I use a compassionate and collaborative approach, to work with you within a safe, nonjudgmental space. I am passionate about therapist self-care and well-being, and how we can engage in sustainable practice.

We are not just business owners, we are human first and choose the role of business owner. In this role, we spend a lot of our time focusing on how we can best serve our clients/customers, our employees, and manage our businesses. Often times, family and friends and other aspects of life can suffer. I created this group to provide us all with an opportunity to focus on connection, reflection, compassion, and self-care. This is a community where you can know that you are not alone in the challenges of being a business owner.

I’m Dr Hayley D Quinn
fellow human, business owner, coach, supervisor, trainer and podcast host. I also happen to be a clinical psychologist with decades of experience in human behaviour. Born and raised in the UK, I am now based in Meanjin (Brisbane), Australia, a place I have called home since the mid-90s. I moved here to discover myself (not to sound too clichéd!) and it has turned out to be one of the best and bravest things I have ever done. Over the years, I have changed the relationship I have with myself and that has allowed me to design my business and my life in a way that allows it all to Thrive.
